General

The holiday home for 24 persons has 12 bathrooms and 12 bedrooms and is equipped with 18 single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, 12 air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with eight showers, four baths, 12 toilets and 12 washbasins.

The holiday home has four fridge-freezers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are four high chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with four microwaves, four dishwashers, four stoves, four ovens and four coffee makers.

The garden of this majestic villa is the perfect place for our guests since it has a salt water pool -sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth that goes from 1 to 1.8 metres-, a children pool for the little ones -of 3 x 2 metres and 0.4 metres depth-, a lawn area where you can sunbathe on any of the 18 sun loungers, and a playground area with toboggan, swings and football goals. In addition, the beautiful views to the mountains will be your best company and will invite you to relax while cooking a barbecue at the furnished porch, or have a long walk throughout the 160.000 m2 plot where you will also find farm animals. The property is really quiet, it is fenced and the privacy is absolute, although there are direct neighbours, so that is why it is required to respect their rest time, avoiding music or high noise, specially at night.

This spectacular house comprises 3 independent apartments. The main house has two floors with an independent apartment on each of them with independent exterior access for each one.

Downstairs, when you enter you find a living room with a TV with satellite channels to welcome you and this leads to the kitchen -equipped with a professional gas stove, two ovens and all needed tools- and to the dining room for all the guests in the house -up to 30 people- which also features a TV, wood stove and a shower bathroom. There are 6 bedrooms, all with twin beds but one with a double bed, and all with a en-suite bathroom, some with shower and other with a tub.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
