The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a patio, a terrace, a balcony, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, hot tub, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Maitreya in Alaior you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
