The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool (outdoors), a terrace, an air conditioner, a tennis court and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Torre del Mar: Large, modern, comfortable apartment block "Piscis". In the resort Torre del Mar, in a quiet position in the residential district, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (depth 35 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. In the house: lift, washing machine. Parking space n 1. Shop, grocery, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant, bakery 300 m, pedestrian zone 700 m, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach 500 m. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 4 km, surf school 1.5 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Nerja, La Viñuela, Frigiliana, La Herradura, Malaga, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda, Sierra Almijara. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Piscis in Vélez-Málaga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
