General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden, a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Benajarafe: Very cosy single-family house "Los Delfines", 2 storeys, renovated in 2002. In the resort 300 m from the centre of Benajarafe, in a sunny position, 300 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: property 500 m2, garden, swimming pool round (4 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Patio, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "walking distance", sandy beach 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Los Delfines in Vélez-Málaga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
