LOCATION: Between 50 and 300 meters. from the beach, in an urban area and 1.5 km. from the Caleta de Vélez sport fishing port and the Baviera Golf golf course.
COMPOSITION:Several apartment properties distributed throughout the town of Torre del Mar. They have: 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed or extra bed, kitchen, full bathroom and terrace. All with A/C (only in living room), (hidden), washing machine and microwave. Some with open terrace and others with closed terrace
AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENTElevator, swimming pool (from approximately 06/15 to 09/15) and some with garden and tennis court, garage (on request and direct payment). Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, laundromats nearby.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Facilities (sheets and towels), water, gas and electricity, arrival and departure cleaning, weekly change of linen and use of the swimming pool. Possibility of daily cleaning and change of clothes, direct payment.
ANIMALS: NO.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
