Torrox 1 km from Nerja: Stuning large villa situated in a quiet residential area but still only 15 minutes walk to nearest beach and restaurant. Less than 5 minutes drive to Nerja´s town centre. Property has three floors, one of them is situated in same level as pool/garden area and it is like a self contained apartment with independent access, kitchenet, showeroom, living area and double bed. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
