For shared use: swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Parking, single garage. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 1 km, pedestrian zone 2 km, sandy beach 50 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
