Eurosol: Modern, beautiful apartment block "Eurosol", 8 storeys. In the district of Carihuela, in a central, busy position, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. In the house: lift. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach 100 m. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrille Park 2 km, Aquapark 2 km, Benalmadena 2 km, Malaga 15 km. Please note: lift to 7th floor. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Including pass to the swimming pool in the Soho Pool Club restaurant, located 100m from the apartment, entrance is allowed from July 1st to August 31st from Monday to Friday, from 12 to 20hrs, except for events and music festivals.

There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Eurosol in Torremolinos you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
