The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, an elevator, a terrace, an air conditioner and a swimming pool (outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Carihuela: Large, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Atria", 3 storeys. Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. For shared use: garden 1'500 m2 with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift, washing machine. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Cocodrilo Park 2 km, Aqualand 2 km, Puerto Marina 1 km, Benalmadena 1 km, Malaga 15 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. You can also relax, because near Atria in Torremolinos you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
