The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop and essential utensils for preparing meals, with a washing machine included. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, a fan, and radiators, ensuring year-round comfort. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. While the apartment does not provide a cot or high chair, it promises a welcoming stay.

Located near Seville’s Old Town, the apartment is just a short walk from the vibrant Alameda de Hércules, filled with bars, restaurants, and nightlife. From here, it's easy to visit the historic center, including Seville's Cathedral, the Giralda tower, and the Real Alcázar palace. The area also boasts art galleries, independent shops, and the famous Metropol Parasol ("Las Setas") for panoramic city views.

Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
