The apartment's interior is elegantly and functionally spread over two floors. On the main level, a cosy living room with a Smart TV provides the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The open-plan kitchen, equipped for dining, comes fully stocked with a stovetop and basic utensils to prepare delicious meals, with a washing machine conveniently located within the kitchen area. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower.Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a double bed, air conditioning, a fan, and radiators, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout the year. It also includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. While the apartment does not have a cot or high chair, it guarantees a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
