We invite you to stay at Résidence Pierre & Seville Holidays. It is located in one of the historic districts of the city: Triana, renowned for its artisans specializing in the art of pottery and azulejos. You will discover the Sevillian art of living and an exotic atmosphere.
Inaugurated in 2012, this contemporary residence houses air-conditioned apartments. Here, everything is designed for your comfort and to offer you a cozy nest with colorful decoration. To make you forget the little worries of everyday life, we offer covered parking and a launderette (at an additional cost).
All you have to do is take full advantage of your stay to make great cultural discoveries in the capital of Andalusia and savor Andalusian cuisine!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
