Moreover, thanks to its excellent location, you will be very close to all the necessary means of transport to explore the city and its surroundings. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful streets and squares of the city, as well as the warm climate that Seville has to offer, by having a drink in one of the many bars on the banks of the Guadalquivir, which is just a few metres away from the property. It is important to note that, due to the location and the fact that this is an apartment, there are direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
