If you feel like getting to know the south of Spain and soaking up all its charm and magic, this is the perfect accommodation for you. This apartment is located in a quiet area with all the services nearby and has many large windows that make the rooms very luminous. Please note that, due to its location in a block of apartments, the apartment has direct neighbors.

On the seventh floor of a building with an elevator, the interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living room, equipped with AC and TV, will be the ideal place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions at the end of the day. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board in the house. When it comes to sleeping there are three bedrooms, two of them with AC. In the first one there is a double bed, while the other two have a single bed each. Up to two more people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. Two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, serve the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair.

This apartment is located in Sevilla, an Andalusian city known for its history, vibrant culture, and warm climate. We invite you to explore it and visit monuments such as the cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcazar or Plaza de España. The Santa Cruz neighborhood is equally beautiful. Here you will find a multitude of charming stores, restaurants, and tapas bars where you can delight in discovering the fabulous gastronomy of the region. You cannot leave without attending a flamenco show at one of the many renowned tablaos in the city. If you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, the beaches of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, known for their beauty and peaceful atmosphere, are the closest to your accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
