The bright interior of the flat, located on a second floor with an elevator, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room with AC and Smart TV is open to the ceramic hob kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably and feel at home. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have a radiator and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located in front of the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the area has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. Furthermore, a few kilometres away is the centre where you can enjoy numerous shops, wine cellars and bars where you can have some tapas. The Doñana National Park is half an hour's drive away and we encourage you to visit it. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
