Imagine starting the day having breakfast in the sun, or having lunch, dinner or a drink at the end of the day together with your family and friends. Please note that, due to its location in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The luminous interior of the apartment, on one level, is conceived to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room is equipped with TV and will be ideal to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, all of them with fan and radiator. One has a double bed, another has two single beds and the third has a bunk bed. A full bathroom with bathtub provides service to the apartment. In addition, there is a portable AC, which can be placed wherever you wish. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Sanlucar de Barrameda, a coastal town in Cadiz, famous for its proximity to the Doñana National Park, which we encourage you to visit. The area has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. In addition, just over a kilometer away is the center of Sanlúcar, where you can enjoy numerous stores, wineries and bars where you can have some tapas. The nearest beach is La Calzada, a long sandy beach of fine golden sand from where you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the area, perhaps even topping off the day tasting the rich local cuisine.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
