There will be no better way to start the day than having breakfast while contemplating the fantastic views of the Guadalquivir river, the Doñana reserve and the beach offered by the two terraces that are part of the apartment. In them you will find sun loungers where you can relax while tanning, a barbecue and a large table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The bright interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has radiators and Smart TV and is also open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with radiators. The first has a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Up to two more people can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. In the property there is another separate bathroom with bathtub. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Sanlucar de Barrameda, a coastal town in Cadiz famous for its proximity to the Doñana National Park, which we encourage you to visit and whose views you can enjoy from the terraces of the apartment. The area has all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. In addition, a few kilometers away is the center of Sanlúcar, where you can enjoy numerous stores, wineries and bars where you can have some tapas. Less than 100 m from your accommodation is Bonanza Beach, a golden sandy beach with calm waters located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, where you can also find the salt marshes and wetlands of the Doñana Environmental Protection Area. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
