In one of the most exclusive areas of the Mediterranean, we find this fabulous duplex for 4 people with views of the waters of the Sotogrande marina and only 280 meters from the beach.
After a morning of boating, you can leave your boat moored on the private berth -which you can use for a supplement- and relax on the terrace with your loved ones over a drink. Next you have the glazed porch which allows you to continue to enjoy the views but in a more sheltered area.

The interior of the 2-storey house is an oasis of luxury, with modern furnishings and all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. The living/dining room has access to the porch and is equipped with Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob. Also in the kitchen you will find the washing machine and there is an iron and ironing board in the house. On the upper level -which is actually the ground floor- you have the two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, but both with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation is equipped with central air conditioning and underfloor heating. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
