For shared use: garden, swimming pool (15 x 20 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: internet access, WiFi, lift, washing machine. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, pedestrian zone 5 m, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Playa Salobreña" 2 m. Sports harbour 5 km. There is a lake/open water less than several meters. You can also relax, because near Penthouse Mayorazgo in Salobreña you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
