The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

For shared use: lawn, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 175 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 31.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: WiFi, lift. Roofed, parking space n 22 (for 2 cars). Shop 500 m, supermarket 245 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Playa de la charca" 24 m, diving center 1.5 km. There is a lake/open water less than several meters. You can also relax, because near Marina in Salobreña you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
