In the exterior of this wonderful urbanization in which the accommodation is located, you will find a shared salt swimming pool of 20mx10m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2m. For the little ones there is also a playground and children's pool of 0.40m deep so that they can have fun and cool off safely. In the facilities you will also find a tennis court and a large communal garden where you can sunbathe. On the terrace of the apartment you will find sun loungers and a dining area where you can enjoy your evenings with your companions. Please note that as this is a flat, there are direct neighbours, so privacy is partial.

Inside, you will find a bright living-dining room equipped with a TV that gives direct access to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you have a nice bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace. An additional person will be able to rest comfortably on the sofa bed located in the living room. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
