General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a barbecue and an elevator. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

This fantastic apartment offers great view of the surrounding mountains. It is ideal for a family vacation. The residential complex has a large community pool and the green areas invite you to relax. In addition, there is a children's playground and the urbanization also offers an aquarium.

You can head to the seabeach which is only 2-minute walk from the complex, a perfect place for sunbathing. The golf enthusiasts can hit a ball 1 km away. There is also a shopping center, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The apartment comes with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is an extra place so that one person can sleep on a comfortable sofa bed. The air-conditioning will keep the apartment temperature under control in the Spanish summers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
