The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a patio, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

Rincon de la victoria: Large, cosy house "Villa Almudena", 2 storeys. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Rincon de la victoria, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, south facing position. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 01.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Shop, supermarket 600 m, shopping centre 1 km, bar 500 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Villa Almudena in Rincón de la Victoria you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
