The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (outdoors), a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool round (18 x 12 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Sep. pool opening hours: 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: WiFi, washing machine. Parking space n 29. Shop, grocery 400 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 400 m, bus stop "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. There is a lake/open water less than 400 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Los almendros in Rincón de la Victoria you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
