Rincón de la Victoria: Large, comfortable house "El balcón de la cala", built in 2004. In a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 600 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: with lawn 80 m2 trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Shower/WC in the pool area, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop, supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 1 km, bakery 800 m, bus stop "walking distance" 300 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 600 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near El balcón de la cala in Rincón de la Victoria you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
