The villa is located in the luxury residential area Lo Cea in Rincon de la Victoria, near the cultural and gourmet city of Malaga.
The 2 floors are divided as follows. Downstairs is the living room, the dining room, which can also be converted into a bedroom, the kitchen and the guest toilet. On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From every room and bathroom you have a clear sea view. The property is 1200m² and has a luxurious outdoor area with sauna and a 14x5m heated pool. The various terraces are about 500m².

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
