The holiday home for 15 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with nine single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a hairdryer, two washbasins and three showers.

Set in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas Natural Park, our accommodation offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by Mediterranean forests and centuries-old oak trees. The house is nestled at the foot of a mountain range, providing stunning views of Pico Bermejo and La Tiñosa. With its serene atmosphere, it's perfect for hiking, cycling, or simply relaxing while enjoying the sounds of nature, including the calls of eagle owls and foxes.

The restored farmhouse blends traditional country house charm with modern comforts. It features air-conditioned rooms, Starlink Wi-Fi, and a 55-inch smart TV. The ground floor includes a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom, while the first floor offers three more bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a 9x8 meter pool, BBQ area, outdoor bathroom, and multiple recreational spaces, including a country kitchen and DJ area. A 30x15 meter sports court is also available for football, basketball, and badminton.

The property is conveniently located near several attractions, such as the Tiñosa Peak (4 km), the historic center of Priego de Córdoba (5 km), and the Uclés watchtower (2 km). Other nearby sites include the Alhambra (100 km), the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba (98 km), and the Dolmens of Menga (85 km). Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
