The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a terrace, a trampoline, a balcony, a roof terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors) and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath with shower, two washbasins, four toilets, a hairdryer and three bidets.

The holiday home has a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Set on a large 2,100m² plot, this modern villa offers an ideal base for exploring Ibiza, with its proximity to the airport and stunning views of the nearby salt pans and the island of Formentera. Please note that the location can be affected by occasional aircraft noise.

The villa boasts a fantastic outdoor space, featuring a 62m² pool with an integrated jacuzzi, surrounded by a sunny terrace with daybeds and loungers perfect for soaking up the island’s sunshine. For evening entertainment, there is a sociable barbecue area and a lawned garden tucked behind palm trees, which features a stylish outdoor bar with seating, lit by mood lighting at night. A second bar is located in the large summerhouse overlooking the pool, complete with a dining table for eight and casual seating.

The impressive 160m² roof terrace offers panoramic views over the pool, gardens, and distant forested hills – an ideal spot for pre- or post-club socialising. Inside, the open-plan living space includes a comfortable black leather L-shaped sofa, an interior dining area for eight, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
