Private: lawn, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (4 x 6 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1.3 km, bakery 1.3 km. Nearby attractions: Playa Motril 30 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Embalse Beznar. Hiking paths: Sierra Nevada, Alpujarras. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
