The holiday home for 4 persons has four bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), an elevator, a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. Large terrace. Very beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Nerja: Apartment block "Carabeo". In the centre of Nerja, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 135 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: lift, washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 50 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop "Nerja" 2 km, railway station "Malaga", sandy beach "Burriana" 50 m, diving center 300 m. Sports harbour 18 km, marina 18 km, golf course (28 hole) 22 km, surf school 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Carabeo in Nerja you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
