Private: property 3'500 m2, wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, washing machine. Long motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 6.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Nerja, La Herradura, Almuñecar, Frigiliana, Granada, Alpujarras. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda, Sierra Almijara. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
