This impressive house is located on one of the best beaches on the Costa Tropical. You can relax on the beautiful terrace with sea views. The accommodation offers a great terrace with sea views, where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers.
Enjoy a lazy day on one of the many beaches and visit the charming towns in the region. The surrounding area offers several water sports facilities, as well as great hiking opportunities. The supermarket is just behind the entrance to the house, but an evening at one of the nearby restaurants is also a possibility.
The accommodation has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bathroom and 4 bedrooms with their own balcony and sea views. The air conditioning is located both in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. It has its own garage.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
