The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a tennis court, a barbecue, a patio, a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto)). Shower/WC. Large patio. Motril: The TV works only with Chrome Cast beautiful, comfortable house "Leonor", renovated. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Motril, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 3.7 km from the sea, 3.7 km from the beach. For shared use: natural garden. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (3 x 3 m, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace, barbecue. 2 km long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
