The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a patio, a balcony or terrace and a garden and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a urinal and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

This beautiful apartment is located on one of the best beaches on the Costa Tropical. You can relax in the two swimming pools that the urbanization has and stroll through the beautiful gardens. This apartment is ideal for a small family.

Enjoy a lazy day on one of the many beaches and visit the charming towns of the region. The surrounding area offers various water sports facilities as well as great hiking opportunities.

In the kitchen, you can prepare tasty home-cooked meals and enjoy them with your pals at the dining table in the living/dining room. There is a balcony in the living room, where you can admire the views while sipping tea or coffee. The accommodation has private parking for an extra €10/night, but if the stay is long, it will have a benefit. It also has a large storage area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
