In the district of Vista Allegre 2.6 km from the centre of Motril, 23 km from the centre of Almuñécar, in an elevated position on a slope, 6.5 km from the sea, 6.5 km from the beach. Private: large garden with 3'500 m2 wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. Motor access (400 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach 6.5 km. Sports harbour 6.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, surf school 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: Almuñecar, La Herradura, Salobreña, Alpujarras, Granada, Nerja. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Hiking paths: Sierra Nevada, Sierra Almijara. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. There is a lake/open water less than 6,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near FINCA EL NIDO (AMU550) in Motril you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
