Outside, the pool is private (as long as the other house that is on the same property is not occupied by other guests). Otherwise, the pool will then be for shared use.
This premium holiday home is located next to the Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas, where you can take the most beautiful walks. A visit to Málaga, Granada and the Sierra Nevada is also possible by car, which are reachable in under 2-3 hours.
The residence has a heated swimming pool, a country spa, a hot tub, underfloor heating and a bathtub and a hydromassage cabin. Enjoy a good book in front of the crackling fireplace and prepare your favorite dishes in the kitchen or on the barbecue. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
