You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a jet stream, three washbasins, three toilets and a bidet.

This is an ideal country house for families or groups of friends. It features a communal swimming pool, a rural spa and floors with underfloor heating, in the winter. Outside, the pool is private (as long as the other house that is on the same property is not occupied by other guests). Otherwise, the pool will then be for shared use.
The rural holiday home is in a quiet area that lends itself perfectly for hiking tours, for example through impressive nature in nearby Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas. At the Pico Bermejo and the Pico La Tiñosa you can take beautiful photos, as a reminder of this unforgettable holiday.
With a unique design and an ecological orchard, this property is different from others. Sustainability is clearly chosen, witnessing the fact that all energy is fully achieved from solar panels and biomass. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
