Located in the picturesque coastal town of Mojácar, this charming holiday flat situated in a quiet urbanization close to the beach has a communal chlorine swimming pool in the center of a communal garden with a well-kept lawn in which to relax under the umbrellas provided by the community. The pool measures 12x6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2.5 meters. From the flat itself, we can enjoy views of the Mediterranean Sea from the furnished terrace, ideal for spending a pleasant afternoon.

The cozy flat is distributed on one floor and has a living-dining room from which you can relax and enjoy the sea views or watch the TV, equipped with Smart TV, which is in the living room. It has a table with four chairs to enjoy meals with your companions, as well as air conditioning to cool the room. It has a ceramic hob open to the living-dining room where you can make use of your cooking utensils in total comfort, along with a high chair if you are traveling with children. When it comes to sleeping, there is a master bedroom equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning to make your stay more comfortable. In addition, the flat has another bathroom equipped with a shower. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
