The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a twin trundle and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue and a patio and there are two balconies or terraces and three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath or shower, two toilets, two bidets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

This home is built on 2 levels with access via the top floor and entrance door opening into the lounge with dining area along with access to a partially covered terrace. This home is ideal for a small family vacation.

The house is located in an elevated position in a quiet residential area about 2.5 km to all amenities and the beach. You will see many restaurants in the vicinity offering multi cuisines and drinks.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a door to the service patio area where you can enjoy the meals. The terrace has a BBQ, table and chairs for al fresco dining overlooking the stunning views. The air conditioning is in the 2 bedrooms and the lounge. Free parking is available next to the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
