General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, three toilets, three baths and three bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a microwave.

The exteriors of the property are truly an oasis of peace. In the spacious gardens, with spectacular mountain views, you will find a fantastic chlorine pool of 10m x 6m and a maximum depth of 2.95m. All around you will find sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, a barbecue and a porch with a large table where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house is designed to give you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a living-dining room with AC and TV and a gas kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and has two single beds and access to the terrace. A staircase leads to the lower floor, where the other three bedrooms are located, all with AC. Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. On this floor there are two bathrooms with bathtub: one en suite and one independent. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The accommodation is located in a residential, familiar and quiet area of Mijas, very close to beautiful dark sandy beaches with beach bars and other services where you can also go scuba diving or snorkelling. The area has all the necessary services for an independent stay. In addition, nearby golf courses or amusement parks ensure a day of fun with a difference. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
