The interior is spread across two floors, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living-dining area equipped with air conditioning, a Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals just like at home. This floor also includes a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
