For shared use: terraced garden, 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 16.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 11:00-21:00). Children's pool. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bar 400 m, sandy beach "El Bombo" 500 m. Object suitable for 4 adults. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. Big rectangular swimming pool in the center of the complex (seasonal availability: around 16th of May until about mid or end of Sep depending on weather conditions. Pool opening hours 16th-31st May: 11:00-19:00, 1st Jun-31st Aug: 11:00-21:00, 1st-15th Sep: 11:00-20:00). Children’s pool next to the big swimming pool. Payment terms and -periods
