The outdoor area features a stunning shared chlorine pool, measuring 16 meters long and 3-5 meters wide, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 2 meters, ideal for refreshing dips on sunny days. Additionally, there is a children's pool for the little ones to enjoy.
The flat is on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and spans two levels. Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped gas kitchen with all the utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. This kitchen offers direct access to a terrace with a barbecue, making outdoor dining convenient. The air-conditioned living/dining room, featuring a Smart TV, is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures. A sofa bed in this room comfortably accommodates two guests. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds. One bedroom provides direct access to a terrace with a chill-out area and a rocking chair, ideal for relaxation.
