Modern, beautiful terraced house "La Reserva de Marbella". 14 km from the centre of Puerto banus, 9 km from the centre of Marbella, in the district Las Chapas, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, south facing position. For shared use: garden, swimming pool, indoor pool heated (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, hot tub. In the complex: WiFi, sauna, fitness room, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Public parking on the road. There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near La Reserva de Marbella in Marbella you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
