Outside the resort, 16 km from the centre of Málaga, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property (fenced), garden 1'600 m2 with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 9 m, depth 130 - 195 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, sandy beach 16 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Motorway 1.5 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
