On the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Málaga, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May.-30.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-23:00). In the complex: lift. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
