Private: property 2'500 m2 (fenced), large terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, sandy beach "Costa Tropical" 18 km. Golf course 18 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
