If you feel like exploring the south of Spain and soaking up the atmosphere and the "duende" that you can breathe there, this is the ideal accommodation for you. The balcony of the house offers you an intimate space where you can start your days with a good breakfast, or to extend your evenings at the end of the day. Due to its location in an apartment building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

Located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator, the interior of the property is tastefully decorated, with a simple style and a range of colors that convey peace, as well as designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, will become the ideal place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms, all of them with fan and double bed. In the apartment you will also find a separate bathroom with shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

In the same way, the historic center of Jerez is full of picturesque corners and monuments that deserve to be visited. In addition, walking through its streets you will find numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious dishes of the local gastronomy, among which Iberian ham, red tuna or gazpacho stand out. Finally, if you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 20 minutes away by car you will find the beach of Valdelagrana, very popular for water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle surfing due to the favorable conditions of its sea. Another highlight of this beach is its proximity to the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz, which offers visitors the opportunity to combine a day at the beach with a hiking route or a kayak excursion in this beautiful natural setting. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
