If you feel like exploring the south of Spain and soaking up the atmosphere and the "duende" that you can breathe there, this is the ideal accommodation for you. The balcony of the house offers you an intimate space where you can start your days with a good breakfast, or to extend your evenings at the end of the day. 

Located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator, the interior of the property is tastefully decorated, with a simple style and a range of colors that convey peace, as well as designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, will become the ideal place to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the basic utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are 3 bedrooms, all of them with fan and double bed. Up to two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the apartment you will also find a separate bathroom with shower. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a crib and a highchair.

In the same way, the historic center of Jerez is full of picturesque corners and monuments that deserve to be visited. In addition, walking through its streets you will find numerous restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious dishes of the local gastronomy, among which Iberian ham, red tuna or gazpacho stand out. Finally, if you feel like enjoying a day of sun and sea, just 20 minutes away by car you will find the beach of Valdelagrana, very popular for water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing and paddle surfing due to the favorable conditions of its sea.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
