The well-kept lawn area with umbrellas provides shaded spots to relax, and there's a shower by the pool for added convenience. The apartment has a private porch with a table, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while overlooking the pool.

Located on the first floor with elevator access, the apartment is designed for comfort. The living-dining room offers air conditioning and a Smart TV, creating a relaxing space after a day of exploring. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, and a washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The apartment has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, the second with a trundle bed (sleeps two), and the third with a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers complete the apartment. A cot and highchair are available for families with babies.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
